Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, subcontract administration, supply chain management, contract administration, or related disciplines, including experience managing complex procurements and subcontract actions in support of Department of Defense or commercial programs; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Performs a broad range of specialized subcontract functions, including solicitation development, proposal evaluation, cost and price analysis, source selection support, subcontract administration, and major subcontract acquisitions dedicated to specific projects.
