This role provides leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) responsible for all nursing and other designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Demonstrated experience leading organizational culture and inclusion initiatives, and advancing equitable conservation and/or community engagement; Experience leading and implementing complex projects while navigating cross-functional relationships in a highly matrixed setting; Experience in creating an inclusive, welcoming, and culturally competent work environment; Experience with current dynamics and best practices in the culture and engagement discipline; Experience working with teams across an organization to develop and achieve shared goals; Experience, coursework, or other training in principles, practices, and procedures of relevant field; and.
- MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completion of JRCERT formal program in Radiologic Technology. Responsible 24 hours a day for the ongoing effective operation of the assigned department of the Hospital by exerting a leadership role which supports the hospital's mission, vision, goals and objectives, while focusing on the patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and the community as customers.
