Serve as a resource for the resolution of all reports of sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, and intimate partner violence involving students, staff, and faculty; knowledgeable and trained in university policies and procedures and relevant state and federal laws; available to advise any individual, including a complainant, a respondent, or a third party, about the courses of action available at the university, both informally and formally, and in the community; available to provide assistance to any university employee regarding how to respond appropriately to a report of sexual harassment, sexual violence, intimate partner violence, or stalking; responsible for monitoring full compliance with all procedural requirements, record-keeping, and time frames outlined in the policy. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in human resources, management, labor relations, business, paralegal, political science, organizational psychology, or related field.
