Qualifications: Education: Must have a Medical Degree, MD or DO License: • Must possess and maintain a current and unrestricted license to practice as a physician in any State Territory, District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico • Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice Experience: Completion of three (3) years of accredited residency training in Family Practice Credentialing: Must become a credentialed member of the TCRHCC Medical Staff.
