Responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruitment of APPs, retention of APPs, orientation of APPs, education, training, onboarding, coordinating schedule and ensuring appropriate staffing, process improvement, quality improvement, engagement in FACT accreditation and re-accreditation, expert in FACT requirements, coordination of Advanced Practice for FACT, facilitation of professional development opportunities for advanced practice, providing annual evaluation of staff, cost center management, facilitation of advanced practice budget, completion of bi-weekly payroll. Key responsibilities of the Advanced Practice Coordinator - Oncology and Cellular Therapies include (but are not limited to):
- 60% clinical, 40% administrative responsibilities.
