Your Role: Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence Use play-based and child-led interventions to support engagement and progress Document care accurately in Raintree EMR Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support Requirements Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy Benefits Why Atlas Kids?
