Inpatient Certified Pharmacy Technician III TriHealth IncInpatient Certified Pharmacy Technician IIIOHResponsible for compounding of sterile products Accurately and efficiently prepares both hazardous and non-hazardous compounded sterile products (CSP) using aseptic technique Calculates and verifies compounding instructions for each patient, following master formulation records Utilizes EPIC dispense prep, hardware, and/or software workflows to scan, photograph, and prepare sterile products Follows all pharmacy department policies and procedures for safe handling, preparation, and disposal of hazardous drugs *Completes other assigned tasks as directed to support patient care and department/organization success.
