After this period, compensation includes base pay of $20+ per hour plus monthly performance bonuses, with an estimated first year On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $41,000 to $51,000. As a full-time Certified Health Coach, your position is classified as Non-Exempt.  Accordingly, your compensation plan includes a competitive base hourly rate, along with an attractive performance-based variable pay component that rewards your success in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition, you will have access to our comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring that you are supported both professionally and personally as a valued member of our team.The job will be a Mon-Fri full-time 40 hours, but how those 8 hours look each day can vary per your time zone and preference.
