Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 3+ years of teaching experience; 3+ years of school leadership or other coaching/mentoring experience
· High level of proficiency with the Office 365 suite
· Record of academic results
· Demonstrated knowledge of research-based pedagogical content knowledge
· Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective professional development sessions
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Master’s degree in education or subject area.
Physical Requirements:
· Sitting for extended periods of time.
· Lifting items weighing 15 lbs. or less
· Regular travel will include driving
· Travel on occasion may include flying and overnight hotel stays
· Up to 80% of time navigating a school environment
· Up to 60% of time in sedentary office environment
· Occasional exposure to outside elements
