Analyst, Procurement Contracts Arevon Energy IncAnalyst, Procurement ContractsScottsdale, AZAdditionally, the Analyst, Contracts Management will be responsible for: Contract Drafting, Execution Support & Workstream Coordination: Support commercial contracting activities for agreements related to the development, construction, and operation of PV and energy storage projects, including EPC agreements, O&M agreements, equipment supply agreements, master terms, amendments, change orders, and related commercial instruments. The Analyst will assist with contract lifecycle activities, including intake, scoping, drafting, redline control, stakeholder follow-up, approvals, execution, and post-execution documentation, while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Construction, Tax, Risk, Insurance, Asset Management, and external counterparties as directed.
