Define success metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, cycle time reduction, productivity gains) Monitor and track realized business value from deployed AI solutions Continuously optimize models and output based on business feedback Drive an "AI-first" mindset across GSC teams through coaching, training sessions, and use-case demonstrations Act as a translator between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and successful outcomes Support AI adoption initiatives (e.g., workshops, promptathons, training programs) to improve user engagement and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Partner with GSC stakeholders (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement) to identify high-value AI opportunities Translate business challenges into AI-enabled use cases with clear value hypotheses (cost, service, productivity) Lead intake, evaluation, and prioritization of AI use cases aligned to Titan goals Design scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging existing platforms (SAP, analytics tools, AI copilots, automation tools) Support end-to-end delivery of AI solutions including development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
