Active, unencumbered RN license (or eligibility for licensure) in Mississippi; Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience in pediatric nursing; Strong teaching, organizational, and communication skills; Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching pediatric nursing in a higher education setting; Familiarity with simulation-based instruction and online learning platforms; Experience with accreditation processes (e.g., CCNE, ACEN).
