Plans examinations which includes: communication with other regulatory bodies if appropriate, budgeting, assigning work appropriately, analytical reviews, review of corporate governance, review of reinsurance and holding company transactions, review of independent auditors work and credentials, identifies key activities, identifies significant risks, review of legal contracts such as reinsurance and holding company transactions, reviews analyst's files and communicates with others in Department.
