The Security Patrol Officer will conduct routine patrols throughout the community, monitor amenities, parking areas, buildings, access points, and construction areas, respond to incidents, document concerns, and work closely with property management and local emergency services when needed. Conduct scheduled and random foot and vehicle patrols of the clubhouse, amenities, fitness center, pool areas, parking lots, garages, residential buildings, trails, courtyards, common areas, and construction zones.
