p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma/GED is required • A minimum of two (2) years of college preferred • One (1) or more years of experience in customer service experience required • Experience in patient access, billing, cash collections, insurance, appointment scheduling, or directly related experience preferred • Must be able to accurately type 30 - 35 WPM and possess knowledge of basic computer software, e.g., Word and Excel required • CPAR Certification is preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred • Knowledge of Siemens INVISION®/OAS Gold® system or EPIC system is preferred. Conducts accurate patient interviews, schedules appointments, enters correct patient demographics, verifies third-party payers information, accurately posts charges when applicable, calculates the amounts due from the patient FPLs at POS, and balances and deposits daily collections.
