p>Serve as the initial point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and occasionally online Receive, qualify, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Enter and maintain patient demographic, referral, physician, diagnosis, and insurance information Answer phones professionally and gather complete order details Assist patients with equipment, supply, and service selection and provide basic instruction Coordinate deliveries, setups, and equipment pick-ups Prepare and manage delivery tickets, prescriptions, and required documentation Maintain organized and compliant patient records Greet walk-in customers and assist with retail sales and intakes Collect co-pays, deductibles, or full payments and process transactions accurately Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving service concerns. Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer and phone for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 55 pounds occasionally Fine motor skills for typing, filing, and office equipment use Ability to think quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
