p>Position: Customer Service Representative Position Reports To: Branch Manager/CSR Director Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you are a direct point of contact for any patient, care giver, referral source, or commercial account that contacts Care Medical either in person, over the telephone or via the internet, to provide equipment and/or services. Instruct the customer or caregiver in the proper and safe use of all equipment delivered in the store and provide each customer with the appropriate PIC sheet or other instructional material.
This team sells exam gloves, durable medical equipment, incontinence products, OR kits, plastics, skin care products, textiles, bathing systems, gauze, packs and gowns, protective apparel, surgical trays, advanced wound care, surgeons’ gloves and other things used in hospitals. Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

Able to provide wayfinding and/or resolve customer inquiries including but not limited to providing general information, paging providers, front ending symptomatic patients call for nurse triage, updating customer information/demographics, verifying medical records, entering medication refill requests, and scheduling patient appointments.
- $72,000–$200,000 Per Year
The program includes a step down incentive program that moves from a higher base, lower commission to a lower base, uncapped higher commission structure within the territory. The individual will be accountable for prospecting a territory, holding in-services with clinical customers, onboarding accounts, and maintaining account relationships to establish a pipeline and achieve monthly sales goals.
