As a Patient Access Lead, you will play a key role in guiding frontline patient registration and access operations in a fast-paced acute care environment while partnering with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to support patient flow, staff development, and revenue cycle accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to help lead a dynamic Patient Access team supporting six acute care locations, providing broad exposure to operations across multiple sites.

Assists the provider and nurse scheduling of tests and procedures and with other support duties as time allows, including but not limited to: making copies, opening mail, completion of disabilities forms, death certificates, completing DME forms, and fax items as requested. Serves as a member of the provider''s Care Team in coordinating the flow of patients through assisting provider with various responsibilities as requested, managing supplies and equipment, fielding and triaging phone call, and other front office tasks.
