For 40 years, HCC has been a long-time trusted source to the most underserved and vulnerable (immigrants, seniors and working poor) and has been positioned in the community as a leading organization providing access to free educational resources, linkage to direct care, preventative, and social support services to a large Caribbean population regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances. For the past four decades, the community members we served have shaped the direction, vision and values of the organization as we continue to build a strong and resilient community, promoting equality, and collaborating with a network of community partners to address our community’s most pressing health and racial injustices in the system.
