RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDThree (3) years customer service experience required or 6 months meeting call center metrics in as a CPAR-IIPossess proficient computer skills operating multiple systems in a windows-based environmentThree (3) year office, clerical, or call center experience; in a medical setting preferredKnowledge of medical terminology, referrals/orders and medical insurance preferredElectronic Medical Record experience; EPIC preferredFamiliarity with data entry and complex scheduling preferredAbout Rockwood Clinic MultiCare Rockwood Clinic is one of the region's largest outpatient diagnostic and treatment centers, serving communities across eastern Washington, northern Idaho and western Montana.
