p>Position Summary: As a member of the Patient Care Centered Team, provides clerical, communication, reception, supply management and other supportive services for the Patient Care Center to ensure high quality services to patients, family members and other hospital staff.
Supervisor, Pre-service Ensures adequate controls are maintained over cash collections & that payments are properly handled by hospital policy & are accurately recorded & promptly forwarded to the Cashiers Office Coordinates investigation & appropriate resolution of problems from patient/family or staff complaints.
