The Latitude Margaritaville at Daytona Beach Community Association Manager oversees all Homeowner Association operations in collaboration with the Community General Manager and the Food & Beverage and Lifestyle Department managers. p>The Product Manager serves as the organization's subject matter expert for metal products and market opportunities, continuously evaluating industry trends, customer needs, competitive products, and emerging applications. This individual will identify new market niches, develop product strategies, and work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and customers to ensure the company remains a leading supplier of value-added metal solutions. Cultivate a deep understanding of channel go-to-market routes - including Distributors, Resellers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and OEMs - to accurately forecast quarterly program spend, model financial scenarios, and maximize return on investment across the partner portfolio. • Prior experience supporting Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystems is strongly preferred, with a deep understanding of channel routes to market - including Distributors, Resellers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and OEMs - and the financial dynamics unique to each model. p>Essential Functions: - Community Partnerships and Provider Engagement:
Work closely with community leaders, sales agents and providers to assist in engaging prospects and stakeholders in local events and sponsorships, and support local offices in their event plan to include but not limited to Sales, provider community, Work directly with local community relations managers and business development managers in the area offices to participate in marketing events and assist with their respective event plans when needed providing insight as the Community Events Specialist. Manages the assigned events in accordance to compliance regulations and to include but not limited to logistical support, onsite management, presentation facilitation, enrollment of members into Florida Blue Medicare and so forth for events such as, sporting events, lifestyle events, educational seminars/workshops, provider lunch and learn events, provider open house events etc.
