The Housing Redevelopment Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives to eliminate blight, stabilize neighborhoods, and catalyze reinvestment using sophisticated public sector and private sector financing tools This role requires deep expertise in complex capital stacks, public financing mechanisms, HUD programs, and real estate development The Housing Redevelopment Program Manager will work collaboratively with internal departments, external stakeholders, Housing and Urban Development, general contractors, developers, lenders, and community partners to structure viable projects that advance long term community development goals. Structures complex real estate finance deals involving tools such as Private Activity Bonds (PAB's),Tax Increment Financing (TIF), tax exempt bond financing, Community development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, CDBG Section 108 Secured loans, and other HUD funded programs.
