UALIFICATIONS.
- 8+ years previous public accounting experience with a strong concentration in tax including corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estate planning, and resolving complex tax issues.
p>We’re looking for a senior-level sourcing/procurement professional who can independently run end-to-end strategic sourcing events—from intake through award and contract execution—for professional services and/or IT categories in a complex, regulated environment. This is a highly stakeholder-facing role that requires confidence operating when requirements are still forming, strong contract redlining/negotiation skills, and comfort partnering closely with Legal and Risk.
This role partners closely with Accounting, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders, providing technical leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on execution across income tax, SALT, and indirect tax matters. Oversee state and local sales and use tax audits and inquiries, including responses to information requests, audit workpaper review, negotiations, settlements, protests, and appeals.

System Reliability & Performance — Ensuring uptime, performance, and capacity planning for a large‑scale big data production platform with a microservice architecture running on Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and technologies such as Java, Python, React, and low‑code tools like Appian.
