p>The Core Tax Services Senior Manager is responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objections, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations while acting as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. In addition, the Core Tax Services Senior Manager will be critical member of the office / region leadership team and actively participate in the marketing, networking and business development within an area of expertise and specialization while maintaining client relationships and acting as the primary contact for complex questions.

p>Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Customer Experience & IT) to mitigate risk, support operational performance, and align trade compliance with business objectives, including new business onboarding and network changes. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including expansion of import audit programs, customs broker management, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships improve compliance outcomes and upstream data integrity.

For the appointed business divisions, you are responsible for supporting new product developments and launches, supporting major business rollouts, identifying cost opportunities based on that division’s equipment platforms and feeding those opportunities to relevant category leaders, aligning sourcing activities to business strategies, ultimately delivering procurement value while enabling business growth.
li> Develops and Communicates all aspects of newly signed business to department resources (Inside Sales Team, Operations, etc) field sales (SVP, Directors, etc.) and company (legal, supply chain, e commerce, sourcing, VMI where applicable) to ensure rapid and complete penetration and revenue growth of incremental business. The RSM aligns with AIS's long-term strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies incremental business opportunities, increases share of wallet, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
