Responsible for opening/closing the buildings, and supervision of the evening cleaning company.  Other duties may be assigned.  Duties will be performed in the late afternoon and evenings.  Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of building maintenance experience or related work experience.  Must be able to operate equipment, carry out instructions, and work independently as well as with coworkers.  </p><p>Hours are Mon – Thur 6pm -10pm The starting rate is $25.00 per hour, no benefits. </p><p>Applications/Resumes accepted at the Town of Belmont, HR Dept, 455 Concord Ave, Belmont, MA  02478, or email a resume to humanresources@belmont-ma.gov  or fax 617-993-2741 </p><br/>

This role is critical to ensuring continuous operation of essential hardware systems such as handheld devices, mobile printers, tablets, and related peripherals used in day to day operations by the client. The technician will provide direct, in-person support for hardware troubleshooting and repair, maintenance, and replacement during business hours.

In addition, this position, and/or designated backup, must be have on-call availability on nights and weekends to respond to critical events within 1 hour of notification.
