div> ⢠Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
⢠Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community
⢠Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
⢠Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocols
⢠Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status
⢠Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
⢠Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

⢠Masterās degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
⢠Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or be a Registered Intern.
⢠Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
⢠Experience in various therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT, etc.) and working with diverse populations
⢠Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is ideal
