p>Complete all clinical and administrative processes, including documentation, in compliance with organization, department and program policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations (Medicaid, Joint Commission, insurance, etc.) as it relates to content and timeframes for assessments, treatment plans and review, progress notes, services provided, billing, meeting direct care expectations, etc. Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Program Coordinator or Clinical Director and Outpatient Administrator, the outpatient therapist will provide direct mental health services to the clients and families of Methodist Family Health (MFH) in a clinic and/or school-based and community setting.
