p>Requirements: ⢠High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred ⢠Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food and beverage preferred) ⢠Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, pull/visual systems, and Total Quality Management (TQM) tools ⢠Proven ability to use data for problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, including productivity tracking ⢠Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred ⢠Comfortable developing and delivering group presentations to employees and leadership ⢠Ability to provide clear, actionable positive and corrective feedback.
