Coordinates, prepares, reviews, and composes contracts, deeds, correspondence, legal notices, and other disposition/acquisition related instruments with staff, other agencies, legal counsel, managing agencies, other program areas within DEP non-profit organizations, water management districts, local government, and federal agencies, including their execution.
