Onsite SOP and Safety Management: Ensure that the team follows SOP and on-site safety requirements (such as aisle, stacking, PPE, forklift/equipment safety, etc.) to reduce the risk of errors and accidents.5.Cross departmental collaboration: Coordinate with planning, customer service, receiving, transportation and other departments to handle order exceptions, inventory issues, claims/returns related matters.6.Data and Review: Daily/weekly output of operational data and problem review to drive continuous improvement (5S/process optimization/on-site improvement)Inventory and spot check: Participate in cycle inventory or sampling, follow up on the reasons for differences and rectification results.1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse on-site management/supervisor.2.Familiar with WMS or fulfillment/inventory systems with experience in outbound operations management, able to ensure timeliness and efficiency in fast-paced environments (e-commerce fulfillment warehouse management experience is preferred).3.Familiar with inventory accuracy management and exception handling processes, with experience in loss control, quality improvement, inventory correction, or lean improvement (such as stock outs/misalignments/misplacements/delays, etc.)4.Capable of on-site organization and problem-solving, able to use data to locate problems and drive corrective actions.5.Good English communication skills (able to conduct pre class meetings, training, and presentations)6.Able to stand/walk for a long time in the warehouse environment and provide on-site assistance when necessary7.Forklift safety training/operation experience preferred. Track and drive daily/shift production capacity and efficiency indicators (such as wave completion rate, unit hour output, order processing volume, etc.), identify bottlenecks and improve them.3.Manage inventory quality: Monitor and reduce issues such as wrong picking/missing picking/wrong goods/damage/retention, and promote the investigation of anomalies, corrective and preventive measures4.Team management: Leading the team to complete the daily work plan, scheduling, task allocation, on-the-job guidance, training, and performance tracking.
