Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs; Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairing need; Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team; Booking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services; Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly; Preparing and cleaning our campervans; Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.
