What Required Skills Youll Bring: • Bachelors degree in business administration or 5+ years of related experience in Army Range Operations and Live Fire Training • Advanced knowledge of Facilities and Grounds Management • Demonstrated leadership and management skills • Ability to clearly articulate and deliver work objectives and instructions • Ability to prioritize, work effectively under time constraints, and schedule workload to meet deadlines • Advanced knowledge of codes/regulations covering Army Range Operations and workers safety • Ability to apply sound business knowledge and judgement • Advanced customer service skills with ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, vendors, and contractors • Advanced organizational and forecasting skills • Ability to interact with and influence senior level management • Ability to work independently, in a matrix setting (dual reporting), and collaboratively with management team • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Serves as the Contractor senior supervisor for range operations and the firing desk in support of the Chief, Training Division by participating in the management and operational functioning of Fort Rucker live fire ranges and training areas.
