Bachelor's Degree in Parks & Recreation Management, Public Administration, Facility Management, Construction Management, or closely related field supplemented by five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance and repair of parks, athletic fields and recreation facilities, two (2) years of which must have been at the supervisory level. • Must have ability to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, stand, hear, hands to finger dexterity, handle, feel or operate objects, read and write English.
