Has frequent contacts with the general public, and regular contact with other agencies including the State Motor Vehicle Division, Department of Revenue, and Tax Appeal Boards on a variety of matters for the purpose of obtaining, clarifying, or giving facts or information, by the use of well-defined policies and procedures.
