p>Train to master advanced media digitization and restoration workflows Receive, inspect, sort, and document inbound customer orders Operate legacy and modern playback equipment to achieve the highest-quality capture possible Capture, organize, and curate digital media within a secure local area network (LAN) Perform quality control checks on digitized content Assist with basic media handling, cleaning, and preparation Coordinate closely with the Customer Success Team regarding order status and special requests Collaborate with Operations Team members to maintain efficient production workflows Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure production environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational innovation. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, production, technical operations, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to stay productive and goal-oriented on a schedule Comfortable learning and operating computer systems, software, and electronic equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, technology, media, or a related field is a plus Experience with media production, electronics, photography, audio/video equipment, or archival work is a plus.
