The Chief Operating Officer, Marshfield provides strategic and operational leadership for the Central region of Marshfield Clinic, including Marshfield, Neillsville, Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids sites, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care across the facilities and in conjunction with the Marshfield Clinic Health Network. Responsible for the overall integration efforts within the clinics and between the clinic, medical center and all central service corporate departments, including clinical care, employee and physician relations, as well as other activities related to the integration between the clinic and other parts of the enterprise.
