The ETO ensures the safe and efficient maintenance, operation, trouble shooting, and repair of the vessels electrical, electronic, and power management systems and spaces including, but not limited to, power generation and management systems, vessel control systems, automation systems, DP systems, communication and electronic navigation systems, alarm systems and cranes.
