Reporting to our Regional VP of Operations, the District Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall success of the clubs in their designated district by developing our team to ensure we are aligned in providing an exceptionally positive experience for our staff, members, and guests.

Performs all vehicle driver safety evaluation ride checks, observation of drivers while on route/test track, and prescribes the necessary retraining; Manage and administer the performance-based pay program for all subordinate employees.
