- Email and follow up on all orders/deliveries with yard operations manager and coordinate delivery schedule.
This role is accountable for ensuring safe and compliant service execution, technician readiness, accurate time reporting, and high-quality documentation. Bottom line: If a service job is unsafe, late, poorly planned, understaffed, lacks parts, or is improperly documented, this role owns identifying, stopping if necessary, and correcting the issue.
