div>The Associate Director, FSP Clinical Operations is responsible for the following:
Direct line management of FSP Clinical Operations managers and staff, and oversight of Client accounts.
Leads, manages, and develops direct reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness at prioritizing work and to ensure performance meets or exceeds business and personal goals/objectives, as well as departmental and project and/or program productivity and quality metrics.
Additional elements include the preparation, review, and submission of accurate and timely reports and deliverables required under the Contract; prompt resolution of problems/issues associated with Contract performance; closeout of Task Orders at completion of requirements or at Period of Performance expiration; ensuring staff assigned to the Contract perform work in the most effective and efficient manner; monitoring of the Contract and each Task Order to ensure work performed complies with requirements, to include all permitting requirements; ensuring a competent and stable staff is utilized to perform Contract requirements; continually engaging the vendor community to provide a deep subcontractor support base; and maintaining current and accurate documentation of all expenses incurred during Contract performance.
The PM (Facility Engineer Manager) is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and safety of the employees and site. - Manage all overtime and identify task specific overtime for submission to the client for reimbursement approval.
