Helps with planning, design and implementation of benefit programs Oversees the annual benefits open enrollment process, including implementation of new benefits or plan changes, system user acceptance testing and oversight of enrollment activities Manages the preparation and distribution of communication materials, including use of various media platforms, to engage employees and effectively communicate benefits value proposition Assists in management of vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of programs/services.
