Education & Licensure Nurse Practitioner: Master's degree from an accredited nursing program Physician Assistant: Graduation from an accredited PA program Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license (or ability to obtain) Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider) (or ability to obtain) Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation Eligible for participation with all payers.
