Reporting, enablement, and business partnership: Develops and delivers onboarding and training for Creative and cross-functional teams; pulls and analyzes workflow data (capacity, turnaround times, workload, project mix) to enable forecasting; collaborates closely with Business Excellence on communications and active initiatives; manages shared creative supplies and operational needs. Workflow, systems, and operations optimization: Designs, manages, and continuously improves Creative Services workflows, SOPs, and project management processes; analyzes system needs, stays current on relevant technologies, maintains the creative tech stack, and recommends new tools or enhancements.
