Summary: Primary responsibilities are the leadership, direction and management of accounting staff in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, the annual budget and capital plan, preparation of the necessary schedules for the annual audit, benchmarking activities and operational analysis as needed by Management, and completing data requests from outside organizations as needed. This includes allocating responsibilities between staff to maximize productivity, reviewing statements for accuracy and to identify areas that will require explanations, reviewing the current month reimbursement estimate, and monitor process for appropriate progress necessary to meet deadlines and take on additional work as necessary to accomplish departmental goals.
