Direct line management of FSP Clinical Operations managers and staff, and oversight of Client accounts.
Leads, manages, and develops direct reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness at prioritizing work and to ensure performance meets or exceeds business and personal goals/objectives, as well as departmental and project and/or program productivity and quality metrics.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction of the overall clinical operations for the Practice. The Director will work closely with the physician leadership and practice leadership to continuously improve the patient experience and refine the department strategic plan.
