This leader reports directly to the Senior Vice President, General Manager for the market, and oversees multiple functional areas, including Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales, Community & Events, Facilities/Warehouse, and Field Services, ensuring these functions operate efficiently and align with the company’s broader goals.
This leadership position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on operational management, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration. This role may require the ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and frequently lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
The associate must also have the flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, during critical project phases or emergency situations to support business objectives.
