Formal training in workplace violence prevention, behavioral threat assessment (for example, ATAP affiliation or WAVR-21), travel risk management, protective intelligence, crisis management, emergency management, or executive protection. Professional training or certification related to physical security, investigations, threat assessment, crisis management, travel security, or emergency response is preferred and may substitute for portions of formal education where appropriate experience is present.
