Key Roles & Responsibilities: ā¢ The Operations Lead performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution, and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, team management, conditioning, and housekeeping, while ensuring building, assets, and team member security. ā¢ The OL participates in Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
