p>Key Functions: • Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations Lead • GAAP, statutory, and management financial reporting activities • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations • Maintain general ledger integrity, including fixed assets, accruals, and cash accounts • Manage state statutory reporting and filings, including Schedule P and Schedule F • Audit, SOX & Internal Controls.
